  Wonderful place to stay, the rooms are clean, the bedding is quality. I travel a lot but i was amazed at the standard of service and the quality of the accommodation.

  Nice place but they need to do something about their drainage system the smell from the toilets is unbearable

  Oooh wow Joy Guest House absolutely awesome -walked in and just wanted to stay longer. The smell of the room so clean and quiet, appreciated that because I was tired. The rooms are spacious , loved that wished they had put a fridge though. Also the bathroom is big enough to have both shower and bathroom. Their location is ok I wish they could mover closer to town and their place is amazing in comparison to all the disasters I saw today. Here me wishing Joy Guest House and grow to many many more rooms around lesotho as their service is tops.

  Positives: Spacious room, beautiful decor, friendly and accomodating staff (no fridges in our room so they placed our drinks in the kitchen fridge), WiFi worked most of the time with some connectivity issues at times and no power for about 15 minutes, secure parking space. Negatives: the breakfast could improve to include fruits and yoghurt, it was spicy and salty. Cold shower water on the first day, however this was sorted the next day. When room cleaning happened we returned in the evening to discover that our belongings were all bunched up in our cupboard, our bags and underwear had been moved and our toothbrushes were lying on my hairbrush, that was quite upsetting and unnecessary when all we had asked for was our bed to be made.

  Clean, beautiful & spacious rooms. The hostess Sebabatso was awesome.😘😘
